Online Bill Pay

We read meters during the last week of every month. We do not lift the lid of your meter to get a reading; instead, we can drive by your meter and receive a radio signal that gives us your meter reading. We mail bills out around the 8th of the month so you can normally receive your bill around the 10th of each month. This bill is due on the 20th of every month. All bills that are not paid in full by the 20th will receive a 10% penalty and a reminder that the balance has not been paid. This reminder will give you a due date, which is the last day to pay and your cut off date, which is the date the meter will be locked if it’s not paid in full. We generally do cut offs around the 1st of each month.

We accept several forms of payment. You may come to our office to pay in person during business hours. You can drop your payment off in the night drop at our office. You can call in a debit or credit card number over the phone at 270-542-6894. You can participate in our bank draft program. You may also mail your payment to P.O. Box 715, Auburn, KY 42206. Of course, we accept cash, check, money order, and credit cards.
